As Heritage First Goa deals exclusively with the online sale of tickets and bookings for guided heritage walks (“Walks”), this policy outlines the non-shipping nature of our services.
1. Nature of Product
- Non-Shippable Service: Heritage First Goa sells intangible services (tickets/bookings for guided walks). We do not sell physical goods that require shipping, couriers, or postal delivery.
- No Shipping Charges: Since no physical delivery is involved, no shipping fees or delivery charges are applicable to any purchase made on this website.
2. “Delivery” of the Booking
The “delivery” of your purchase is handled digitally and involves two key components:
- Instant Confirmation: Upon successful payment, your booking confirmation, which serves as your ticket/proof of purchase, is delivered instantly via:
- Email: Sent immediately to the email address provided during checkout.
- On-Screen Confirmation: Displayed immediately on the website after payment processing.
- Verification: This digital confirmation (email/PDF) is what you must present (either digitally or printed) to the Walk Guide at the specified meeting location and time.
3. Delivery of the Service (The Heritage Walk)
The actual service delivery occurs in person at the time and location you booked:
- Location: The delivery address is the designated meeting point for the specific Walk you booked (e.g., in Panjim, Old Goa, etc.).
- Delivery Time: The service is delivered (the Walk begins) on the date and time specified on your booking confirmation.
4. Delivery Issues
- If you do not receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folders.
- If you still cannot locate your confirmation, please contact us immediately at heritagefirstgoa@gmail.com so we can resend your booking details.
